Gary Horsman lives in Woodstock, Vermont, and is active in the community. He has been a trustee of the Woodstock History Center, President of the Rotary Club of Woodstock, Vermont, and a trustee of the Norman Williams Public Library.
He serves as the President of the Friends of the Norman Williams Public Library, one of Vermont’s finest libraries.
Before living in Woodstock, Gary was Vice President of General Semiconductor Ireland. Before living in Ireland, he was Director of Business Development of General Semiconductor Japan, living in Tokyo. He also spent one year on loan to Mitsubishi Electric in Nagoya, Japan, on a special assignment related to partnership building.
He was a teacher of Internet Marketing within SCORE, which is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. He also teaches within the LEAD Leadership Education program at the White River Junction, Vermont VA Medical Center.
He grew up in Boston, MA, and his early career focused on Engineering for a semiconductor company.
